At UptimisedSEO.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality SEO services tailored to your business goals. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the terms and conditions related to service cancellations and refunds.

1. General Policy

By subscribing to or purchasing any of our SEO services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy. We encourage our clients to read this policy carefully before making any commitment.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Monthly SEO Services

  • You may cancel your monthly SEO service subscription at any time by providing a written notice 7 days before your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations requested after the new billing cycle begins will apply to the following month.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: mani@uptimisedseo.com.

b. One-Time Services

  • One-time services (e.g., site audits, keyword research, local citation building, etc.) can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and before any work has commenced.
  • Once the work has started, the order becomes non-cancellable.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO, which involves time, strategy, and effort that begins shortly after onboarding, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or initiated.

a. No Refunds on SEO Services

  • SEO is a long-term investment and results take time. As such, we cannot guarantee immediate rankings or traffic increases, and we do not offer performance-based refunds.
  • Refunds will not be issued for work already performed, reports already delivered, or time already spent on your campaign.

b. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • A double payment or accidental overcharge occurred (must be reported within 5 business days).
  • A one-time service was paid for, and cancellation was requested within 24 hours and before work began.
  • A service was purchased but not delivered, and no work has been initiated within 10 business days of payment.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • SEO setup fees
  • Paid tools, ad spend, or third-party fees
  • NFC card production or QR code printing costs (if applicable)
  • Customized strategy documents, competitor research reports, or any digital deliverables already created

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have concerns or are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us first at support@uptimisedseo.com so we can resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us violates our policy and may lead to the suspension of your account and legal action.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
